摘要
目的了解大学生利用网络认知艾滋病的行为、影响及其对所利用网络的评价,以期为更有效的大学生艾滋病预防工作提供参考。方法2019年3-4月对1146名大学生进行网络匿名调查,数据分析使用SPSS 25.0软件。结果1146名大学生中,77.23%偏爱从网络媒体获得艾滋病信息,35.25%会将信息权威性作为选择标准之一,常用官方组织网站获取信息的仅有47.91%,使用论坛或贴吧作为常用信息来源的艾滋病高危行为得分(1.28分)高于不使用的学生(0.74分),大学生自我评价网络信息对其艾滋病知识知晓率、患者态度、风险意识和预防及自我保护行为的影响"比较大"或"非常大"的比例分别为77.31%、77.57%、82.89%和84.11%,除网络信息正确性/真实性的负面评价达32.28%外,其余维度的负向评价均在10%~25%之间。结论网络媒体已取代传统媒体及人际传播成为高校大学生艾滋病信息的最主要来源途径,但其对网络信息的权威性关注度不足,对权威网络利用度不高。
Objective To understand the behavior,influence and evaluation of undergraduates using Internet to recognize AIDS,so as to put forward suggestions for AIDS prevention among undergraduates.Methods An anonymous online survey was conducted on 1146 undergraduates from March to April 2019.SPSS25.0 software was used for data analysis.Results 77.23%undergraduates preferred to get AIDS information from Internet media.35.25%would regard information authority as one of the selection criteria.Only 47.91%of the students usually got the information from official organization websites.The students who used forum or post bar as common information source got higher score of AIDS high-risk behavior(1.28 points)than those who did not use(0.74 points).The proportions of"relatively large"or"very large"influence of Internet information on HIV knowledge awareness rate,attitude toward HIV/AIDS patients,risk awareness,prevention and self-protection behavior were 77.31%,77.57%,82.89%and 84.11%respectively.Except for the negative evaluation of the correctness/authenticity of Internet information proportion(32.28%),the other negative evaluation proportions were all between 10-25%.Conclusion The network media has replaced the traditional media to become the most important source of AIDS information for undergraduates.However,undergraduates do not pay enough attention to the authority of network information and do not make much use of the authoritative network.
