摘要
目的通过规范管理来提高专科护士工作效能,充分发挥专科护士的核心能力。方法制定专科护士工作考核手册,对专科护士提出工作要求并进行细化赋分,根据评优细则进行阶段性考核后,每年评选出优秀的省市级专科护士。结果院内专科护士角色定位较前清晰,明确了工作的方向及目标,工作积极性及效能明显提高,得到了同事的一致认可。结论专科护士工作考核手册的使用,使院内专科护士能得到系统化、规范化管理,工作效能明显提高,值得推广使用。
Objective This paper tries to improve the work efficiency of junior nurses through standardized management and to give full play to the core competence of junior nurses. Methods The workbook of specialized nurses was manually made, providing work requirements for the specialized nurses and assigning points, according to the assessment rules through periodic inspection, excellent provincial health nurses of each year were selected. Results Compared with the former rules, the roles of the nurses in the hospital were more clear, the direction and objective of the work were clearly defined, and the enthusiasm and efficiency of the workers were significantly improved. Conclusion The use of the professional nurses' work assessment manual can make the nurses in the hospital be systematized and standardized, and the work efficiency is obviously improved. Therefore it is worth promotion and application.
