摘要
目的分析在产科护士管理工作中应用人文关怀对其职业认同感的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2021年7月该院产科护士30名作为研究对象,随机分为研究组与参照组,各15名,研究组应用人文关怀护理管理方法,参照组应用常规护理管理方法,分析与对比两组护士相关评分(离职意愿、职业认同感、护理质量)、工作积极性评分(主动学习、护理管理态度、护理管理接受程度、价值观)、护理差错及投诉总发生率。结果干预前,两组护士相关评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组离职意愿、护理差错及投诉总发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组职业认同感、护理质量、工作积极性评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在产科护士管理工作中应用人文关怀护理管理,能提升护士的职业认同感,提升其管理作用。
Objective To analyze the effect of applying humanistic care in the management of obstetric nurses on their professional identity.Methods 30 obstetric nurses inthe hospitalfrom January 2020 to July 2021were selected as the research objects.Randomly divided into the study group and the reference group,15 people in each group.The study group applied the humanistic care nursing management method,and the reference group applied the routine nursing management method.The related scores(willingness to leave,professional identity,nursing quality),work enthusiasm scores(active learning,nursing management attitude,nursing management acceptance,values),nursing errors and the total incidence of complaints were analyzed and the intervention of the two groups of nurses.Results Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of nurses between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the turnover intention,nursing errors and the total incidence of complaints of the study group was lower than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The occupational identity,nursing quality,and work enthusiasm scores of the study group was higher than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanistic care nursing management in the management of obstetric nurses can improve the professional identity of nurses and enhance their management role.
