摘要
目的在放化疗患者护理管理中探讨风险管理的应用及效果。方法选取2021年2月—2022年2月于该院接受放化疗治疗的80例患者及20名相关护理人员作为研究对象,采用计算机及相关软件对患者进行编号并使用软件分组。接受常规护理管理的40例患者及10名护理人员分为参照组,40例患者及10名护理人员护理过程中采用风险管理模式视为研究组。比较两组护理期间的管理效果。结果管理后,研究组护理人员对管理方式、管理效果及管理态度评分明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理质量评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者护理管理后的满意度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对放化疗患者护理管理中加强护理风险管理,能有效提高护理人员的护理效果,减少护理差错事件的发生,还能够减少不良事件的发生,对患者满意度的提高有积极作用。
Objective To explore the application and effect of risk management in the nursing management of patients with radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods 80 patients and 20 related nurses who received radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were numbered and grouped by software using computer and related software.40 patients and 10 nurses who received routine nursing management were divided into the reference group,and 40 patients and 10 nurses who adopted the risk management model in the nursing process were regarded as the study group.Compared the management effects of the two groups during the nursing period.Results After management,the scores of management methods,management effects and management attitudes of nursing staff in the study group were significantly higher than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing quality score of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction of patients in the study group after nursing and management was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening nursing risk management in the nursing management of radiotherapy patients can effectively improve the nursing effect of nursing staff,reduce the occurrence of nursing errors,and reduce the occurrence of adverse events,which has a positive effect on the improvement of patient satisfaction.
