摘要
目的:探讨目标管理责任状量化考核模式在县级医院专科护士管理中的应用效果。方法:本院自2019年1月起根据县级医院特点,建立专科护士量化考核内容和衡量标准,通过签订专科护士目标管理责任状,对全院28名省市级专科护士实施目标管理,以2018年全年工作情况为对照,比较实施目标管理模式前后的专科护理质量目标完成情况。结果:实施目标管理责任状量化考核模式后,护理门诊量提升38.6%,护理会诊量提升66.2%,对专科护士工作开展满意度提升13.6%,专科护士个人考核合格率达100.0%。结论:采用目标管理责任状量化考核模式能给予专科护士一个明确的工作目标和行为指引,有效提高专科护士的工作积极性和综合素质,使专科护士学有所用,发挥护理专家型人才的作用,加强了学科建设,确保了护理安全,提高了专科护理质量及工作满意度。
Objective:To explore the application effect of the responsibility certificate quantitative assessment model of management by objectives in the management of specialized nurses in county hospitals.Methods:Since January 2019,our hospital according to the characteristics of county-level hospitals,set up specialized nurse quantification assessment content and measure,by signing a specialist nurse target management liability form,to implement target management,floor 28 provincial health nurses to work in the whole year of 2018 as the contrast,compare the difference between before and after the implement target management mode of specialized nursing quality target completion.Results:After the implementation of the responsibility certificate quantitative assessment model of management by objectives,the number of nursing outpatients increased by 38.6%,the number of nursing consultations increased by 66.2%,the satisfaction with the work of specialized nurses increased by 13.6%,and the qualified rate of the individual assessment of specialized nurses reached 100.0%.Conclusion:The target management liability form a clear quantitative assessment model can give health nurses work target and the behavior guidance,improve the junior nurses'working enthusiasm and comprehensive quality,use make health nurses,and give play to the role of nursing technocrat,strengthen the discipline construction,ensuring nursing safety,and improve the quality of the nurse job satisfaction.
