摘要
随着社会经济的快速发展,决策与管理的有效性越来越重要,不仅要快速做出决策,而且需要分析决策问题中多种不确定因素所带来的决策困难。而层次分析法(AHP)是一种十分有效的多属性决策方法,在各个领域得到广泛的应用。以层次分析法为理论基础,对事业单位绩效考评权重设计中出现的问题进行了分析,并提出了改善方法,力图使权重的设计更科学而精确。
With the rapid socio-economic development,the effectiveness of decision-making and management becomes increasingly important no only because of the need for a prompt decision,but also the need to analyze the difficulties caused by a variety of uncertainties arising from the decision-making process. Analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is a very effective multi-attribute decision-making method which is applied in various fields. Taking AHP as the theoretical basis,this paper analyzes the performance appraisal weight issue in public institutions,and proposes improving measures to try to make design of the weight more scientific and accurate.
