摘要
伴随物联网与信息技术的应用,煤炭企业两化融合水平不断提升,系统科学地评价信息化绩效对其后续信息化建设有一定的指导意义。文章以平衡记分卡和层次分析法为理论基础,结合煤炭企业信息化建设特点,从财务、客户、内部业务流程及学习与发展四个方面构建评价指标体系并确定其权重。
With the application of the internet of things and the information technology, the information and industrialization integration level of the coal enterprises was continuously increased and the systematic evaluation on the information performances would have certain guidance significances to the follow - up information construction. Based on the BSC and AHP as the theoretical basis, in combination with the informatization construction features of the coal enterprises, a evaluation index system was established from the four aspects of the finance, customers, internal business procedure as well as the leaning and development. The weights were determined.
