摘要
根据煤炭产业发展的趋势,首先从精益管理的角度出发,利用层次分析法对煤炭企业的精益管理指标进行评价;然后对精益安全、生产、成本、销售管理等二级指标,以及百万吨死亡率、采煤机械化程度、生产的信息化程度等三级指标进行权重分析,确定了精益管理模式下煤炭企业的评价指标体系。最后就如何构建精益管理体系,提高企业运营效率提出了相关建议。
According to the development tendency of the coal industry, firstly from a view of the lean management, the AHP was applied to the evaluation on the lean management index of the coal enterprises. A weighting analysis was conducted on the lean safety, production, cost, sales management and other second grade indexes and then on the mortality per million tons of coal, coal mining mechanized degree, production information degree and other third grade index. The evaluation index system of the coal enterprises was determined under the lean management model. Finally the relevant proposals were provided on how to set up the lean management system and to improve the operation efficiency of the coal enterprises.
