摘要
以同煤集团铁峰煤业公司信息化建设为背景,论述了其绩效考核存在的问题,分析了绩效考核信息系统的建设流程,并以关键绩效指标法(KPI)和层次分析法(AHP)为理论指导,构建了煤炭企业绩效考核指标体系并确定其权重,运用信息技术手段开发浏览器/服务器(B/S)架构的煤矿绩效考核信息系统。实践证明,该系统上线提高了绩效考核工作的效率和科学性,具有一定的推广价值。
Taking information construction of Tiefeng Coal Corporation, Datong Coal Group as background, this paper analyzed the ex- isting problems and construction process of performance assessment system. By applying KPI and AHP theory, it set up performance as- sessment index system of coal mine and present index weights. Performance assessment information system based on Brower/Server framework was built up. Practice showed that this system improved efficiency and scientificity of performance assessment and had some promotional value.
