摘要
西部大开发政策已实施了近3年,使西部经济得到了较快的发展。但是,由于多方面的原因,西部经济发展与东部的差距呈现不断扩大趋势。因此,必须根据西部大开发的进程,适时调整产业结构和布局、拓展投资来源、加大教育投资,从而达到区域经济均衡、稳定发展、促进西部经济繁荣的目的。
s:The policies of The Great Development in Western China have implemented for three years or so,and it has largely promoted the regional economy. But the economic development gap between the western and eastern regions has gradually been prolonged. Thus, according to the process of the great development in the western regions, it has become imperative to optimize industrial structures, expand financial sources, strengthen the investment in education in the western regions of China, in order to reach the destinations for the stable and balanced development of western regional economy and making it prosper.
