摘要
党中央提出了振兴东北经济要走新型工业化道路 ,即以信息化带动工业化、以工业化促进信息化。这是针对东北老工业基地经济发展面临的各种挑战做出的重大决策。因此 ,树立信息资源开发意识、发展信息产业、培养信息人才、培育中国的信息市场、加速信息市场的国际化战略和信息产业技术创新等战略将会缓解资源衰退、改变经济落后的局面 ,加快东北老工业基地经济结构调整的步伐 ,提升东北老工业基地产业素质和竞争能力 。
The Central Party Committee has proposed to revitalize northeastern economy taking the new-type industrialized road,namely use informationization to promote industrialization,promoted informationization with industrialization which is focus on the northease old industrial base various kinds of great decision made in challenge that economic development faces,so establishing the consciousness of development of resources of information developing the information industry,training information talents,fostering the information market of China,accelerating the strategy,such as the internationalization strategy ofthe information market and technological innovation of the information industry,etc.will alleviate resources decline,change the backward situation in economy,accelerate the paces of old economic restructuring of industrial base in the northeast,promote old industry's quality of industrial base in the northeast and competitive power and the development of northeastern economy.
