摘要
与欧盟相比,我国的区域差距无论在广度和深度方面都要深刻得多。同时,我国现今正处于经济改革转型期,要缩小区域差距所面临的困难就更大得多。欧盟区域政策的实施无疑是成功的,为我们提供了有益的经验,值得我们认真研究、学习和借鉴。本文从这一角度出发,就新世纪我国缩小地区差距,实现经济持续、协调、稳定发展这一重大决策的实施,进行研究,制定与实施促进落后地区和问题区域经济发展的区域经济政策。
Compared with European Union, China＇s regional differences are sharper either in terms of scope or degree. Meanwhile, China is currently in a period of economic transformation, which makes it even harder to narrow down the regional differences. The implementation of European Union Jregional policy is no doubt a success, which provides useful experience and is worth studying and using for reference. This article starts from this point of view and aims at studying, instituting and implementing regional economic policy in order to facilitate the economic development of backward area and problem-stricken area.
