摘要
中华孝文化是中华民族的优秀文化典范成果,自然法是欧美文明社会中的优质法学范例,同属于优秀大文化范畴系统。中华孝文化既有特殊文化价值内涵,又能主动融合自然法价值,还能在彼此融合过程中提升自然法的文化品质。孝文化价值内涵奠定中华民族的文化根基,自然法基础为基本内涵价值提供历史铺垫,孝文化与自然法融合铺设契合轨道,自然法融合中华孝文化成为积极价值回应,孝文化融合自然法价值构建文化主题。
Chinese Filial Piety Culture(CFPC) is outstanding cultural model achievements of Chinese Nation,and natural law is good example of law science in the society of European and American civilization,which they belong to great cultural category system.CFPC has not only special connotation of cultural value,but also can initiatively integrate value of natural law,moreover,it can enhance cultural quality of natural law in the process of integration with each other.This paper argues that value connotation of CFPC lays cultural foundation for Chinese Nation,the basis of natural law provides historical cushion for its connotation value,their integration builds conjunction orbit,natural law integrates CFPC so as to become positive value response,and CFPC integrates natural law value so as to build cultural theme.
