摘要
佳节团聚时刻逼婚生育成为父母长辈和大龄青年不可回避的话题。逼婚是中国互联网时代的网络热词,生育是调整计划生育政策之后普遍关注点。其实,逼婚是表面形式外观,生育延续后代才是直接目的,这说明逼婚生育的科学原理集中于自然法和孝文化。所以,逼婚生育确立文明与文化的基础内涵,家庭组织构建生育的自然物质载体和孝文化传承纽带,自然法引导生育的孝文化规则,孝道道德成为生育的孝文化价值标准。
In the festival timetable,Forced Marriage and Birth（ FMB） becomes an unavoidable topic between parents and older youth. Forced Marriage is hot network words in the China Internet era,and birth is the common focus after the one-child policy was adjusted. Factually,Forced Marriage is nothing more than the facade,with the continuation of offspring being its direct aim. It shows that FMB＇s scientific principle is centered on the natural law and filial piety culture. Therefore,this paper argues that FMB establishes the basis connotations of civilization and culture,the natural carrier which results in the reproduction in family organizations and the heritage link of filial piety culture. The natural law leads to the rule of filial piety culture,and filial morality becomes the values of filial piety culture.
