摘要
从"一带一路"倡议的背景分析当今社会对专业知识扎实、语言技能良好、综合素质突出、创新能力较强的外语人才需求特点,指出高校复合型外语人才培养中的突出问题,即注重英语语种培养、其他语种培养较少,注重专业知识传授、专业技能实训不足,注重专业知识教学、综合素质积淀不够,注重专科知识教育、学科交叉教育薄弱等,提出革新人才培养理念与方向、提高人才培养质量与规模、创新人才培养方式与模式、增强人才培养深度与广度等改进措施。
This paper analyzes the market demand for foreign language talents with solid professional knowledge,good language skills,outstanding personalities and strong sense of innovation under the'Belt and Road'Initiative.It points out some problems in the training of multi-talented foreign language students in colleges and universities,which may include less attention to the multilanguage training of English majors,lack of professional skills training,weak cultivation of students’moral personality,and lack of interdisciplinary exposure.As for solutions,it puts forward innovation of the concept and direction of language students training,improvement of training quality and enlargement of scale of training,reform of education model,and widening of talent training programs.
