摘要
在新工科背景下,土木工程专业毕业生面临着如何快速适应行业发展新要求、提高就业质量的问题。本文结合现阶段土木工程专业就业现状,将人才培养比喻成一棵大树,从根、茎、叶三方面探析土木工程专业就业质量提升路径。从敢创新、重基础、善自学、多实践四方面提升毕业生就业竞争力;从注重前沿专业与土木工程专业互联互通、注重通识教育与专业教育齐头并进两方面构建学科交叉教育新架构;建立企业联络群,增加校企合作、协同育人实效,打开就业大门,拓宽就业深度与广度。
Under the background of new engineering,civil engineering graduates are faced with the problem of how to quickly adapt to the new requirements of industry development and improve the quality of employment.Combining with the current employment situation of civil engineering specialty,this paper compares talent culti-vation to a big tree,and explores the ways to improve the employment quality of civil engineering specialty from three aspects:root,stem and leaf.We should enhance the competitiveness of graduates in employment from four aspects:daring to innovate,laying stress on foundation,being good at self-study and practicing more;And construct a new framework of interdisciplinary education from two aspects:emphasizing the interconnection between from-tier specialties and civil engineering specialties,emphasizing the simultaneous advancement of general education and professional education;and establish enterprise contact groups,increase the cooperation between schools and enterprises,cooperate in educating people,open the door of employment,broaden the depth and generality of employment.
