摘要
以应用型本科高校土木工程专业应届毕业生为研究对象,并以合肥学院2020届及2021届土木工程专业毕业生为样本,采用问卷调查的方法,旨在调查应用型本科院校土木工程专业应届毕业生就业倾向,通过数据对比和交叉分析,研究了土木工程专业就业市场的趋势和该专业毕业生就业倾向现状,为相关院校及从事就业指导的工作者制定就业引导策略提供参考。同时从企业、学校和学生本人各自的情况进行了分析,并提出了建议,三方发力形成毕业-择业-就业的良好生态,为应届毕业生提供更全面具体的就业策略指导。
The research object of this paper is the fresh graduates of civil engineering major in applied undergraduate colleges and universities and the students in the fourth graduating class of the university.Taking the 2020 and 2021 civil engineering graduates of Hefei University as a sample,the questionnaire survey method is used to investigate the employment tendency of civil engineering graduates of applied undergraduate colleges and universities.Through data comparison and cross-analysis,the trend of civil engineering professional employment market and the current employment tendency of civil engineering students is analyzed,which provides reference for the employment guidance teachers of relevant colleges and universities to formulate employment guidance strategies.At the same time,it analyzes and makes recommendations from the respective situations of enterprises,schools and students,and the tripartite efforts are made to form a good ecology of graduation-career-employment,which provide more comprehensive and specific employment strategy guidance for recent graduates.
