摘要
以俄语专业建设为例,对“一带一路”背景下非通用语种人才培养模式进行探讨。分析了高校俄语专业人才培养模式现状与存在的问题,提出了研究策略:在地方中学开设俄语班,加强俄语基础教育建设;实行“引进来+走出去”的方式,加强师资力量建设;开展学科交叉教学模式,培养创新人才;注重培养学生的实践能力,提高学生的综合素质。高校要结合时代发展特点,积极做好人才培养工作,加强我国非通用语种专业人才在“一带一路”背景下的服务质量。
Through taking the construction of Russian Major as an example,the study explores the talent training mode of non-general language talents under the background of Belt and Road Initiative,analyzes the present situation and problems of talent training mode of Russian major in the college,and proposes the research strategies.It is suggested to open Russian class in the local middle school,strengthen Russian basic education construction;implement“Bringing in+Going out”method,strengthen teaching staff construction;develop interdisciplinary teaching mode,train innovative talents;focus on the training of student’s practical ability,and improve student’s comprehensive quality.Colleges should integrate with the characteristics of era development,actively do well in talent training,strengthen the service quality of China’s non-general language talents under the background of Belt and Road Initiative.
