摘要
人力资源管理在现代企业管理中的地位日益重要。科研院所作为我们科技兴国的中坚力量也同样面对加入WTO以及经济全球化的影响。人才是科研院所的资本。本文讨论现代人力资源管理问题,提出我国现阶段科研院所在人力资源管理中存在的问题,并重点就体制、激励等人力资源管理相关问题提出建议。
Management of human resource plays an increasing important r ol e in mod ern management. As one of the essential parts that improve our country to become stronger on the basis of technology, academic institutions also face the impact s caused by China's entry into WTO and globalization. Intellectuals are asset of academic institutions. Problems in modern management and in the ma nagement of h uman resource in our country's academic institutions are discussed in this artic le, in addition, emphasis is made on the suggestions of system, p romotion and ot her human resource management related aspects.
