摘要
随着市场经济的不断完善和市场竞争不断加强,知识经济在国际范围内的兴起,我国企业人力资源管理与知识经济和市场竞争机制之间存在的突出矛盾日益显现出来,建立适应知识经济发展规律和激烈市场竞争需要的新的人力资源管理机制,是企业管理的中心课题之一。特别是我国面临加入世贸组织的挑战,培养和造就一批能够适应国际竞争的高素质人才队伍,提高我国人力资源的整体素质,已经成为我国政府和企业界所共同关心的重要话题。
With the perfection of the market economy and the intensification of market competition, knowledge economy attracts a worldwide attention. Meanwhile, the contradiction between the management model of the labor force in China and knowledge economy and market mechanism stands out. Therefore, a new management system of labor force is to be established to conform to the development rules of knowledge economy and meet the requirement of a fierce market competition.
