摘要
随着后勤服务社会化改革进程的加快,高校教职工及学生对后勤服务水平的要求越来越高,高校后勤自身需要不断调整,使其服务管理水平越来越完善。近年来逐渐扩大的高校规模给教职工社区和高校食堂服务带来了新的问题。为了提高后勤服务的质量和水平,本文通过对问卷调查的结果分析,提出了中国科学院有针对性的后勤服务需求策略。
With the acceleration of the process of logistics socialization reform, the requirements of college teachers and students on logistics service and management level are getting higher and higher, and the logistics of colleges and universities themselves need to be constantly adjusted to make their service management level scientific, procedural and professional. Claim. The expansion of the scale of colleges and universities in recent years has brought new problems to the management of student communities and canteens. In order to improve the quality and level of logistics services, this paper proposes the ways and strategies for the targeted logistics satisfaction improvement of the Chinese Academy of Sciences through in-depth analysis of the results of the questionnaire.
