摘要
该文对中国高校后勤社会化改革的历程进行回顾和分析,将中国高校目前主要采用的管理模式归结为两大类,即附属模式和独立模式,并采用新公共管理三种基本理论对这两种模式进行比较分析,在此基础上对高校管理模式的创新与重构进行探讨。
Based on reviewing and analyzing the developmental history of the logistical socialization reform in universities, the author divides the main college management patterns into the dependent and independent modes, and uses three fundamental theories of New Public Management to compare and analyze the two modes. Then on this basis, the author discusses the innovation and reconstruction of the management pattern in universities.
