摘要 在同一套反应器内,以蒽为起始原料,二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为甲酰化试剂,在三氯氧磷存在下,经过多步反应与简单纯化,高产率(97%)地得到纯净的9-蒽甲醛。 In a IL,round-bottomed,four-necked flask equipped with a mechanical stirrer and reflux condenser were placed 30. lg(0.168mol) of anthracene and 55. 2g (0. 357mol) of phosphorus oxychloride. The flask was heated in an oil bath with stirring to 90 - 95℃ over a period of 50 minutes. 18. 5g (0. 235mol) of dimethylformamide were added dropwise at a rate of 0. 10mL/min,with stirring at the temperature of 90-95℃. The reaction mixture was subsequently stirred for another 15 hours at the same temperature. After hydrolysis with water and neutralization by sodium hydroxide, orange needles of 9-anthraldehyde (98%) were obtained with a high yield of about 97%.
