摘要
研究了以二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为溶剂,头孢呋辛酸为原料,碳酸钾(K2CO3)作催化剂,在0℃下滴加1-乙酰氧-1-溴乙烷,高产率合成头孢呋辛酯的实验过程。探讨了催化剂用量、反应物用量、反应溶剂选择、结晶溶剂等对反应的影响,在最佳条件下,头孢呋辛酯的合成摩尔收率超过90%。
The paper studied on the synthesis of cefuroxime axetil, using DMF as solvent, cefuroxime acid as raw material and K2CO3 as catalyst and dripping 1-acetoxyethyl bromide at 0 ℃. The effects of the amount of catalyst, the ratio of the reactants, the choice of the solvent and the solvent of crystallization were investigated. The tool-yield of cefuroxime axetil was over 900% under optimum conditions.
