摘要
对羟胺及烷氧基胺盐酸盐生产工艺进行了分析比较,提出了一条酮氨氧化制备酮肟-酮肟醚化-水解制备烷氧基胺盐酸盐及回用酮这样一条绿色生产工艺路线。此工艺操作条件温和,原子经济性高,收率好。以丙酮、氯甲烷为主要原料制备甲氧基胺盐酸盐,总收率可达84.6%,原子经济性达48.0%。
The synthetic processes of hydroxylamine and O - alkyl hydroxylamine hydrochloride were analysed, and a new green synthesis mute, through ammonia oxidation, O - alkylation, hydrolysis in HC1 from ketone was advanced. This process had mild operating conditions, high atomic economy, and better yield. For example, the yield of O -methyl hydroxylamine hydrochloride from acetone and methyl chloride achieved 84.6%, and the atomic economy got 48.0%.
