摘要
以9-蒽甲醛为原料,和苄胺、芳香胺在冰乙酸的催化下脱水生成席夫碱,经过硼氢化钠还原,和3,5-二烷氧基苄基氯发生亲核取代反应,合成了一系列蒽环类叔胺化合物,并通过NMR、质谱对其结构进行了表征.
A series of novel tertiary amine with anthracene ring were synthesized from 9-anthraldehyde with ben- zylamine or aromatic amines as the starting material via the schiff base catylized by AcOH, then reduced by NaBH4, followed by nucleophilic substitution reaction with 3,5-dialkoxybenzyl chloride. The structure of new compounds was determined by NMR and MS.
