“把”字句练习设计中的语境问题 被引量:19

摘要 在"把"字句教学研究方面,如何设计出有效的语境是一个核心问题。本文以13名中国研究生,17名外国学生(高级班8名,研究生9名)为对象,调查了他们在16个典型语境上的表现。结果发现,中国学生在这些语境上使用"把"的频率仅为30%,说明教材中为"把"设计的不少语境并非自然语境。调查还发现,与一般认为的相反,留学生在什么时候该用"把"这一点上与中国学生没有显著差别(只在一个题目上有显著差别);两者的差别更多地体现在使用"把"字句的质量上。结合调查结果,文章提出,在"把"字句练习设计上,要注意吸收新的研究成果;在具体语境的处理上,要明确直接,要符合语篇规律的要求,同时尽量避免可能出现的过分使用现象。 Most of the recent research on the teaching of Ba-struc tu re has been focusing on how to design contexts where Ba can be used effectively and naturally. In this study, we interviewed 13 native speakers of Chinese and 1 7 advanced CSL learners to examine their performance on 16 contexts designed to elicit Ba-structure. The result shows the frequency of the Ba-structure used b y the native speakers was only 30%, which indicates that some of the contexts ar e not natural contexts. The data also demonstrates that the CSL learners made no difference from Chinese students on when and where to use Ba, a result that is just the opposite of the common view. However, the Ba sentences used by the CSL learners were far less accurate than those of the native speakers. This study hi ghlights the importance of paying attention to theoretical research gains of Ba in the teaching of Ba-structure. As for the designs of Ba exercises, the author s suggest that (1) contexts should be made as clear and direct as possible, and (2) discourse requirements should be taken into consideration, and (3) the overu se of Ba-structure should be avoided.
