摘要
[目的]观察止嗽散治疗慢性咳嗽疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将102例门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组51例复方甲氧那明胶囊(阿斯美胶囊,第一三共制药(上海)有限公司,国药准字H20033669),2粒/次,3次/d。治疗组51例止嗽散(桔梗6g,紫菀、荆芥、百部、陈皮、白前、前胡各10g,五味子6g,僵蚕、蝉衣各10g,木蝴蝶15g,熟地、当归各10g),1剂/d,水煎250mL,早晚温服。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈15例,显效27例,有效5例,无效4例,总有效率82.35%。对照组治愈12例,显效23例,有效14例,无效2例,总有效率68.62%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]止嗽散治疗慢性咳嗽效果显著,值得推广使用。
[Objective]chronic cough Cough Powder observed effect.[Methods]Using randomized controlled method,102 cases of outpatients were randomly divided into two groups.Control group,51 cases of compound methoxyphenamine capsules(Aspen beauty capsules,Daiichi Sankyo Pharma(Shanghai)Co.,Ltd.Zhunzi H20033669),2 capsules / time,3 times / d.Treatment group 51 cases Cough Powder(Jugeng 6g,Ziwan,Jingjie,Baibu,Chenpi,Baiqian,Qianhueach 10g,Wuweizi 6g,Jiangcan,Chan Yi each 10g,Muhudie 15g,Shudi,Dangguieach 10g),1 / d,decoction 250mL,morning and evening,warm clothes.7d is a continuous course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions.2 courses of continuous treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]treatment group,15 cases were cured,27 cases markedly effective in 5 cases,4 cases,the total efficiency of 82.35%.Control group,12 cases were cured,effective in 23 cases,effective in 14 cases,2 cases,the total efficiency of 68.62%.Treatment group than the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Cough Powder chronic cough effect is significant and should be introduced.
