摘要
[目的]观察复方丹参滴丸联合阿司匹林防治缺血性脑血管病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例门诊患者按随机数字表分为两组。对照组30例阿司匹林,100mg/片,1片,qd。治疗组30例复方丹参滴丸(丹参、三七、冰片等中药,27mg/丸,10丸,tid)。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗2个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、脑血管疾病复发率、不良反应。连续治疗1.5疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈16例,显效12例,有效2例,无效0例,总有效率100.00%。对照组痊愈14例,显效8例,有效6例,无效2例,总有效率93.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。复发率治疗组低于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]复方丹参滴丸与阿斯匹林联合应用防治缺血性脑血管疾病效果好,值得推广。
[Objective]To observe the compound danshen diwan combined with aspirin effect of prevention and treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.[Methods]Using random parallel control method,60 cases of clinic patients were divided into two groups according to random number table.Control group of 30 cases of aspirin,100 mg / piece,1 piece,qd.Treatment group of 30 cases of compound danshen diwan(danshen,ingpian,sanqi,such as traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),27mg / pill and 10 pills,tid).Western medicine treatment with the control group.Continuous treatment for 2 months for 1 course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,cerebrovascular disease,relapse rate and adverse reactions.1.5 continuous treatment course,judge curative effect.Followed up for 2 years.[Results]In treatment group recovered in 16 cases,12 cases were markedly effective,effective in 2 cases,ineffective 0 cases,total effective rate was 100.00%.Control group 14 cases recovered,8 cases were markedly effective,6 cases effective,ineffective in 2 cases,total effective rate was 93.33%.Treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P < 0.01).The recurrence rate in treatment group is lower than the control group(P < 0.01).[Conclusion] Compound danshen diwan and aspirin combined use of prevention and treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease effect is good,is worth promoting.
