摘要
[目的]观察清肠化湿方联合灌肠方灌肠后续扶正清肠方序贯治疗湿热内蕴溃疡性结肠炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例门诊患者随机抽签分为两组。对照组30例美沙拉嗪肠溶片,活动期,4次/d,1g/次,缓解后维持1周用药,改为3次/d,0.5g/次。治疗组30例序贯治疗。①清肠化湿方(黄芩10g,黄连6g,地榆10g等),每晚睡前配合灌肠方(石菖蒲20g,地榆30g,黄柏30g等)灌肠1次,病情缓解、维持治疗1个星期;②扶正清肠方(炒白芍20g,炙黄芪20g,白芷10g,炒白术10g等)。两组均连续治疗6个月为1个疗程。观测临床症状、复发情况、复发因素、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效18例,有效9例,无效3例,总有效率90.00%。对照组显效12例,有效9例,无效9例,总有效率56.67%。临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组再次加重率低于对照组(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率两组无明显差异(P>0.05)。[结论]序贯疗法对溃疡性结肠炎的治疗作用明显,复发率低,可以广泛应用于临床。
[Objective]Observe the efficacy of sequential therapy in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.[Methods]Randomized controlled method,60 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups by drawing lots.The control group of 30 patients mesalazine enteric-coated tablets,the active phase,4 times / d 1g / maintaining one week of treatment in the case of patients in remission.After changed to three times a day,each 0.5g.Treatment group of 30 patients with sequential therapy,the first card to the damp the bowel dampness side oral Enema enema once every night before going to bed with the condition have been alleviated and maintain treatment after one week to the next stage treatment;then I righting bowel side oral,and plus or minus the amount of drugs in accordance with the patient's condition changes.Observation of clinical symptoms,recurrence,relapse factors.Continuous treatment for six months to determine efficacy.[Results]Treatment group,18 cases markedly effective in 9 cases,3 cases,the total effective rate of 90.00%.Control group,12 cases markedly effective in 9 cases,9 cases ineffective,the total effective rate of 56.67%.The clinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group(P < 0.05).The recurrence rate of the treatment group than the control group(P < 0.05).Treatment group,incidence of adverse reactions is equal to the control group(P > 0.05).[Conclusion]The obvious sequential therapy in the treatment of ulcerative colitis,the recurrence rate is low,can be widely used in clinical.
