摘要
针对现阶段钻井液所面临的技术难题,从提高井壁稳定性、钻井液抑制性、微纳米级封堵性、润滑性和环保问题等方面入手,研发了五种处理剂,完成了材料配伍性研究,优选了体系配方,提出了一套适合深井及大位移水平井的XZ高效环保型水基钻井液体系工艺。研究结果表明,该体系润滑效果良好,具有较好的抗盐、抗钙污染能力和防漏封堵能力,可以减少井壁不稳定的发生,总体抑制性较好,可以满足安全钻井需求,同时满足环保体系去磺化的要求。
In view of the technical problems of drilling fluid at present, from the aspects of improving wellbore stability, drilling fluid inhibition, micro and nano level plugging, lubrication and environmental protection effect, five kinds of treatment agents were developed, the compatibility research of materials was completed, and the system formula was optimized, a set of efficient and environmentally friendly water-base drilling fluid system suitable for deep well and large displacement horizontal wells was put forward. The results show that the system has good lubrication effect, good salt resistance, good calcium pollution resistance and leakage prevention and sealing ability. It can reduce the instability of the wellbore, and the overall inhibition is good, and it can meet the safe drilling requirements, meet the requirements of desulfonation of environmental protection system at the same time.
