无粘土低固相甲酸盐钻井液 被引量:21

摘要 甲酸盐钻井液是一种性能优良的新型钻井液 ,它具有许多独特的优点。文中用尾气一步法成功合成了优质低成本的甲酸盐 ,用国产的甲酸盐和降滤失剂建立起了无粘土低固相甲酸盐优化配方 ,并对其性能进行了评价。结果表明 ,该优化配方流变性好、抑制性强、性能稳定、固相污染容限高 ,性能与国外相当 ,值得推广应用。 New drilling and completion fluids based formate brines have unique advantages.High-quality formate have been successfully synthesized by means of tail-gas one- step method which cut down almost half of cost. Tests of performance estimatement about optimization formulations of no bentonite and low solids drilling fluids based on the formate brines which have been established by homemade formate and filtrate reducer, are carried out in this paper. As a result, the optimal formulations have very good rheology, inhibition, stable properties and high tolerance to solids contaminations. They have equal effect with foreign analogous formulations. So, the formulations are worth popularizing and applying.
