摘要
大位移井成功运行关键是井眼轨道优化设计。以大位移水平井井眼轨道设计为研究对象,给出了井眼曲线上稳斜段稳斜角计算公式,确定了大位移井轨道设计中造斜点选择原则,提供了造斜段设计中常曲率法双增剖面、圆弧剖面和变曲率法的抛物线、摆线、悬链线、准悬链线、修正悬链线和侧位悬链线的计算公式。并根据设计的造斜率、井深长度、造斜段长度、各种摩阻及扭矩因素选出最佳曲线,旨在为大位移井井眼设计与应用提供参考依据。
The key to the successful operation of large displacement wells is the wellbore orbit optimization design. Taking the large-displacement horizontal wellbore orbit design as the research object, the formula for calculating the stable bevel angle of the steady-slope section on the wellbore curve is given, and the principle of selecting the oblique point in the design of the large-displacement well track is determined, which provides the design of the inclined section. Curvature method double-increasing section, arc section and variable curvature method of parabola, cycloid, catenary, quasi-catenary, modified catenary and lateral catenary calculation formula. According to the design of the construction slope, the depth of the well, the length of the inclined section, the various friction and torque factors, the best curve is selected, which is intended to provide reference for the design and application of the large displacement wellbore.
