“一带一路”倡议下中国对外教育合作:基本特征、政策取向与实践模式 被引量:11

The Education Cooperation with the Belt and Road Initiative: Basic Attribute, Policy Orientation and Practice Pattern

摘要 自2013年"一带一路"倡议提出以来,教育领域的合作与发展成果显著。"一带一路"倡议下的中国对外教育合作是教育合作理念与实践的再度提升,具有包容性、服务性、共营性与虑远性四大特征。与此同时",一带一路"倡议下中国的对外教育合作还应坚持以建设人类命运共同体理念、增强教育援助力度、深化教育全球化实践以及发挥教育外交能力为政策取向。基于对概念内蕴与政策取向的认知,本文借助国内学者区域教育合作的分析框架,结合"一带一路"倡议的宏观设计与具体实践,对"一带一路"倡议下中国对外教育合作的实践模式进行了归类分析。 Since'The Belt and Road'initiative was first proposed in 2003,educational cooperation has maintained a good momentum of development with remarkable achievements.Guided by the'The Belt and Road'initiative,theories and practices of educational cooperation are improved constantly with four characters:inclusiveness,service,cooperation and consideration.At the same time,China’s cooperation in foreign education under the'one belt and one way'initiative also adheres to the idea of building a community of human destiny,enhancing education aid,deepening the practice of educational globalization and giving full play to educational diplomatic capacity,so as to practice the policy orientation.Based on the cognition of the concept and policy orientation,this paper classifies and analyzes the practice mode of China’s foreign education cooperation under the'one belt and one road'initiative,with the help of the analytical framework of the regional cooperation of domestic scholars and the macro design and concrete practice of the'one belt and one Road'initiative.
