摘要
综合考虑了留置后浇带、施工缝的传统施工方法与跳仓法的特点。对东莞国贸中心项目超大体积混凝土采取跳仓法施工:明确了大体积混凝土无缝施工设计概念,提出了跳仓法中跳仓间距及混凝土温度计算方法,系统地总结了跳仓法在大体积混凝土施工中各个环节的做法与要求,施工进度得以加快、施工成本有效缩减、施工质量显著提高。
Considering the problems exposed in after-pouring belt construction methods and the advantages of alternative bay construction method,alternative bay construction technology was adopted for the mass concrete of the International Trade Center in Dongguan. The conception of cracking control design was raised,as well as the calculation methods of the distance between bay pieces and concrete temperature. The details during construction were summarized systematically,as the achievement of accelerated construction progress,lower construction cost and better construction quality.
