摘要
建筑领域超大超长混凝土结构一般采用后浇带或者跳仓法施工,大体积混凝土裂缝控制问题、设置后浇带施工工期长等问题严重困扰着工程施工。通过工程实际应用无缝混凝土施工,是以氧化镁膨胀剂以补偿混凝土收缩,以膨胀加强带代替后浇带连续施工,可以有效防止混凝土收缩裂缝,提高施工效率。
Super-large and super-long concrete structure usually adopts post-grouting belt or alternative bay method,but crack control of massive concrete and long construction period of post-grouting belt are main problems influencing engineering construction.Seamless concrete construction uses magnesium oxide expansive agent to compensate concrete shrinkage.Expansion belt could effectively prevent crack due to concrete shrinkage and improve construction efficiency.
