摘要
以武汉绿地中心工程为例,结合本工程基坑深度超深的特点,介绍了其地下室超厚底板施工过程中,大体积混凝土一次性浇筑的施工技术及质量控制措施。详细阐述了混凝土配合比试验、混凝土浇筑、混凝土养护、混凝土温度控制和大体积混凝土裂缝控制等几个方面采取的有效措施,保证了大体积高强混凝土浇筑的施工质量。
Taking the Wuhan Greenland Center project as an example,combing with the characteristics of super-depth foundation,the authors introduce construction technology and quality controlling measures of one-time pouring of mass concrete during construction of super thick basement slab. The authors also described in detail some effective measures on concrete mix proportion test,pouring,curing,temperature control and crack control of mass concrete which could assure the construction quality of mass concrete.
