摘要
为了研究HCSA膨胀剂在大体积混凝土裂缝控制中的作用和效果,首先分析了补偿收缩在大体积混凝土裂缝控制中的适用工况,然后分别在实验室和现场通过试验研究了HCSA膨胀剂的作用效果。试验结果表明,HCSA膨胀剂在实验室条件下膨胀效果良好,但在工程现场的大体积混凝土试验块中则完全没有膨胀作用,反而会使混凝土内部温升进一步提高、混凝土收缩应变增大。HCSA膨胀剂对于大体积混凝土裂缝控制没有帮助。
In order to study the function and effect of HCSA expansion agent in the crack control of mass concrete, the applicable condition of compensating shrinkage in the crack control of mass concrete was analyzed first. Then the effect of HCSA expansion agent was studied in laboratory and field. The experimental results show that HCSA expander has a good expansion effect under laboratory conditions, but it has no expansion effect on the middle side of the mass concrete test block in the engineering site, instead, it will further increase the internal temperature rise of concrete and increase the shrinkage strain of concrete. HCSA expansion agent is helpless for crack control of mass concrete.
