摘要
对当前国防阵地工程建设进度安排不合理、工期拖延难控制、建设经费居高不下的现实问题,将关键路径法(CPM)运用到导弹阵地重型防护设备的制造安装项目进度控制中,通过项目计划编制、工作分解结构、关键路径分析,提出了项目工期优化算法,确定了该项目施工进度计划,工程实践表明:网络计划技术能够有效控制阵地工程进度和经费成本,提高阵地工程项目管理效益。
In view of the unreasonable arrangement of schedule,unmanageable delay of time limit and high cost of construction expenditure for the national defense position engineering,this paper applies the critical path method to the schedule control for the heavy protecting device manufacture and installation engineering in missile position. In this study,a new schedule optimization algorithm is proposed to determine the project construction schedule through three aspects,namely project planning,work breakdown structure and critical path analysis. The engineering practice shows that the network planning techniques can effectively control the schedule and cost for the position engineering,and improve the management efficiency for the project.
