摘要
以某反坦克导弹武器系统研制项目为背景,分析了项目进度管理中普遍存在的问题,研究了WBS的编制方法,并以某次电视导引头半实物仿真试验为例,演示了基于WBS的项目进度管理方法。研究表明,以工程项目WBS为基础,不仅可以制定出科学、严密的进度计划,还可以提供有效的进度控制手段,保障项目顺利进行。
Taking an antitank missile weapon system development project as background, this paper analyzes problems commonly existing in project schedule management, and studies WBS working-out method, and demonstrates the WBS-based project schedule management method with a TV seeker hardware-in-the-loop simulation test as an example. The study indicates that, based on engineering project WBS, not only a scientific and rigorous schedule can be worked out, but also effective schedule control means can be provided to ensure smooth implementation of project.
