基于BIM技术的黄茅海跨海通道计量管理系统研究

摘要 当前,中国公路建设处于数字化转型阶段,BIM技术在建设管理中的应用逐渐普及与深入,BIM技术正在影响并推动着公路工程项目的可研、设计、施工、运维等阶段的变革。然而工程项目计量管理系统的普及程度并不均衡,一些项目仍然依赖于传统的纸质记录和手工操作,已有计量支付管理系统功能和性能均有待提升。而跨海通道项目通常面临复杂多变的地质环境,丰富多样的工程结构,安全高质的建造要求,对适用的计量管理系统也有更高的追求。本研究基于黄茅海跨海通道项目,从工程BIM模型算量、协同信息编码、信息系统研发及数据展示几个方面建立跨海通道项目计量管理系统。最终,以中间计量为核心研发出了基于BIM技术的黄茅海跨海通道计量管理系统,将计量及过程管理数据搭载BIM模型展示、对比和分析,实现了项目的数字化计量管理。 At present,China’s highway construction is at the digital transformation stage.The application of BIM technology in construction management is gradually popularizing and deepening.BIM technology is influencing and promoting the transformation of feasibility study,design,construction,operation and maintenance of highway engineering projects.However,the popularity of engineering project measurement management system is uneven.Some projects still rely on traditional paper records and manual operations,and the functions and performance of existing measurement and payment management system need to be improved.The cross-sea passage projects often face complex and changeable geological environments,rich and diverse engineering structures,safe and high-quality construction requirements,and have a higher pursuit of applicable measurement management systems.Based on Huangmaohai Link project,the measurement management system was established for cross-sea passage project from the aspects of engineering BIM model calculation,collaborative information coding,information system research and development,and data display.Finally,the measurement management system of Huangmaohai Link based on BIM technology was developed with intermediate measurement as the core.The measurement and process management data were displayed,compared and analyzed with BIM models,so as to realize the digital measurement management of the project.
