摘要
目的:观察香砂养胃汤辅治FD疗效及对中医症候积分、胃动力和血清瘦素、胃泌素、Ghrelin水平的影响。方法:选取我院2016年6月~2018年6月收治的功能性消化不良患者80例,按随机区划设计分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。对照组给予莫沙必利片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用香砂养胃汤,均治疗2周后比较两组患者治疗前后中医症候积分、胃动力和血清瘦素、胃泌素、Ghrelin水平及治疗愈显率及不良反应。结果:观察组治疗愈显率明显高于对照组,治疗前两组中医证候积分、GET1/2、ACF、ACA、MI、血清瘦素、胃泌素、Ghrelin水平比较差别均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),治疗后两组患者各症候积分及GET1/2均较治疗前显著下降,ACF、ACA、MI、血清瘦素、胃泌素、Ghrelin水平均上升,但观察组上述变化更明显(P<0.05);且两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论:香砂养胃汤辅治FD疗效显著优于单纯使用西药,可明显改善中医证候积分、胃动力指标、血清瘦素、胃泌素及Ghrelin水平,且无明显副反应。
Objective:To explore the efficacy of Xiangsha Yangwei Decoction in the adjuvant treatment of FD and its effect on TCM syndromes scores,gastric motility and serum levels of leptin,gastrin and Ghrelin.Methods:80 cases of patients with functional dyspepsia admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were selected and divided into observation group(n=40)and controlled group(n=40)according to random zoning design.The controlled group was given Mosapride Tablets,and the observation group was supplemented with Xiangsha Yangwei Decoction on the basis of the controlled group.After 2 weeks of treatment,the TCM syndromes scores,gastric motility and serum levels of leptin,gastrin and Ghrelin,and obvious curative rate of treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The obvious curative rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the controlled group,and there were no significant differences in the TCM syndromes scores,GET1/2,ACF,ACA,MI,and serum levels of leptin,gastrin and Ghrelin between the two groups before treatment(All P>0.05).After treatment,the symptoms scores and GET1/2 in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment while the ACF,ACA,MI,serum leptin,gastrin and Ghrelin were increased,but the above changes were more significant in observation group(P<0.05).There was no significant adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusions:Xiangsha Yangwei Decoction has significantly better efficacy than western medicine alone in the adjuvant treatment of FD,and it can significantly improve TCM syndromes scores,gastric motility indexes,and serum levels of leptin,gastrin and Ghrelin,and it has no obvious side effect.
