摘要
目的分析莫沙必利联合温胃颗粒治疗功能性消化不良的价值。方法将2018年1月-2019年1月我院收治的70例功能性消化不良患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组35例。对照组采用莫沙必利治疗,观察组采用莫沙必利联合温胃颗粒治疗。对比两组患者治疗有效率和生活质量。结果①两组治疗有效率对比:观察组有效率显著高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);②两组生活质量评分对比:观察组生活质量显著高于对照组,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用莫沙必利联合温胃颗粒为患者治疗疗效显著,有助于提高患者生活质量,使用价值高,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the value of Mosapride combined with Wenwei Granule in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods Seventy patients with functional dyspepsia admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Mosapride,while the observation group was treated with Mosapride combined with Wenwei Granule.The treatment efficiency and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results①Comparison of the effective rate of the two groups:The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);②Comparison of the quality of life scores of the two groups:The quality of life of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Mosapride combined with Wenwei Granule is effective in the treatment of patients,which is helpful to improve patients’quality of life.Quality of life,high use value,worth promoting.
