鼠神经生长因子联合血府逐瘀胶囊辅治外伤性上肢周围神经损伤的效果及安全性观察 被引量:1

Effect and Safety of Rat Nerve Growth Factor Combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule on Traumatic Peripheral Nerve Injury of Upper Limbs

摘要 目的探讨鼠神经生长因子联合血府逐瘀胶囊辅治外伤性上肢周围神经损伤的临床效果及安全性。方法选择我院2017年6月—2019年1月收治的外伤性上肢周围神经损伤患者87例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组43例和对照组44例。对照组行神经外膜束膜联合缝合、B族维生素营养神经等常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用鼠神经生长因子、血府逐瘀胶囊治疗,疗程均为2个月。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后正中神经、尺神经运动神经传导速度(MNCV)及感觉神经传导速度(SNCV),治疗前后血液流变学指标(红细胞压积、纤维蛋白原、血浆黏度),以及治疗期间不良反应。结果治疗后观察组治疗总有效率为88.37%高于对照组的65.91%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组正中神经、尺神经SNCV、MNCV均较治疗前显著改善,且观察组治疗后正中神经、尺神经SNCV、MNCV改善程度更为显著,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组红细胞压积、纤维蛋白原及血浆黏度水平均较治疗前显著下降,且观察组治疗后上述指标下降更为显著,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);两组治疗期间均未发生明显不良反应。结论鼠神经生长因子联合血府逐瘀胶囊辅治外伤性上肢周围神经损伤效果显著,可显著促进患者神经功能的恢复,提高神经传导速度,并可同时改善患者血液流变学指标,且安全性良好。 ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect and safety of rat nerve growth factor (NGF) combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule in the treatment of traumatic peripheral nerve injury of upper limbs.MethodsEighty-seven patients with traumatic peripheral nerve injury of upper limbs who were treated in the Second Hospital of Tangshan City from June 2017 to January 2019 were selected as research subjects.They were divided into observation group ( n =43) and control group ( n =44) by random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional treatment, including combined suture of epineurial perineurium and vitamin B for nutritional nerve.The observation group was treated with rat NGF and Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 2 months.The clinical efficacy, changes of motor nerve conduction velocity (MNCV) and sensory nerve conduction velocity (SNCV) of median nerve and ulnar nerve, changes of hemorheological indexes (hematocrit, fibrinogen, and plasma viscosity) before and after treatment and adverse reactions during treatment in the two groups were compared.ResultsAfter treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 88.37%, which was higher than 65.91% of the control group ( P <0.05).After treatment, the SNCV and MNCV of median nerve and ulnar nerve in the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment, and the improvement of SNCV and MNCV of the observation group was more significant after treatment ( P <0.05).The levels of hematocrit, fibrinogen, and plasma viscosity were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the above- mentioned indicators were reduced more significantly in the observation group after treatment ( P <0.05 or P <0.01).ConclusionRat NGF combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule is effective in the treatment of traumatic peripheral nerve injury of upper limbs.It can significantly promote the recovery of neurological function, improve nerve conduction velocity and hemorheological parameters of p
