摘要
目的探讨功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia,FD)患儿血清胃动素(motilin,MTL)、神经肽Y(neuropeptide Y,NPY)、胰高血糖素样肽1(glucagon-like peptide 1,GLP-1)、瘦素(leptin,LEP)的水平变化及其临床意义。方法选取2016-03/2017-05月作者医院儿科确诊的FD患儿90例(FD组)和健康儿童90例(对照组),检测两组患儿血清MTL、NPY、GLP-1、LEP水平,并分析上述指标与病情、胃排空时间的关系。结果FD组的血清MTL、NPY、GLP-1、LEP水平均明显低于对照组(P均<0.01);轻度组、中度组及重度组FD患儿的血清MTL、NPY、GLP-1、LEP水平比较均有统计学差异(P均<0.01),随着病情加重上述各项指标呈逐渐降低的趋势;FD组儿童的胃半排空时间显著长于对照组(P<0.01);FD患儿血清MTL与胃半排空时间呈显著的负相关关系(P<0.05),血清NPY、GLP-1、LEP与胃半排空时间的相关性不显著(P>0.05)。结论血清MTL、NPY、GLP-1、LEP水平在FD患儿中显著降低,并且与病情严重程度有关,MTL水平与胃排空能力有关。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum motilin（MTL）,neuropeptide Y（NPY）,glucagon-like peptide 1（GLP-1）and leptin（LEP）in children with functional dyspepsia（FD）and its clinical significance.Methods A total of 90 FD children（FD group）and 90 healthy children（control group）were enrolled in this study.The serum levels of MTL,NPY,GLP-1 and LEP in two groups were detected from March 2016 to May 2017,and the relationships between the above indicators and the condition,gastric emptying time were analyzed.Results The serum levels of MTL,NPY,GLP-1 and LEP in FD group were significantly lower than those in control group（P〈0.01）.There were significantly different in levels of MTL,NPY,GLP-1 and LEP of FD patients with different conditions（P〈0.01）,and all the above indexes decreased with the severity of FD.The gastric emptying time of FD group was significantly longer than that of control group（P〈0.01）.It was a negative correlation with serum MTL and gastric emptying time in FD children（P〈0.05）,and had no correlation with serum NPY,GLP-1,LEP and gastric emptying time（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Serum MTL,NPY,GLP-1,LEP levels are significantly decreased in FD children,and it is correlated with the severity of FD.MTL levels and gastric emptying capacity have a negative correlation.
