摘要
建立在"经济人"假设基础之上的"交易型"管理,抑制了教师的专业发展,阻碍了高校的发展。促进教师和高校发展的根本着眼点,在于营造环境,全面关注教师的专业发展以提高育人质量。其策略是实施"转化型"管理,包括改变领导方式,建立学习型组织,完善评价制度,塑造教师文化等方面。
Transactional management' based on the hypothesis of 'rational\|economic\|man' has restrained the development of teachers' specialties and therefore holds back the development of higher institutions. The starting point to promote the development of teachers and schools is to construct atmosphere and pay all\|over attention to the development teaches' specialties to improve the quality of education. And the strategies are to carry out 'transformational management', including to change the way of leadership, to set up learning\|oriented organizations, to better appraisal system, to shape teachers' culture and so on.
