摘要
采用柱后衍生高效液相色谱技术测定了深水网箱养殖大黄鱼、传统网箱养殖大黄鱼血液中游离氨基酸组成,结果表明:深水网箱养殖大黄鱼血液中呈味和鲜味氨基酸总量分别高出传统网箱养殖大黄鱼41.17%和85.54%,其变异系数分别为24.14%和42.37%。
The FAA concentrations in blood of both Pseudosciaena crocea which were cultured in deep water net cages and in traditional net cage s,are measured with advanced Post -Column Derivatizer technique togeth er with HPLC.The results show that tota l flavourous AA concentrations in bl ood of Pseudosciaena crocea in deep water net cages are 41.17%and 85.54%higher than the ones of the Pseudosciaena crocea in traditional net cages,CV are 24.14%and 42.37%?
