摘要
目的 :探讨葡萄胶囊对 CCl4 所致小鼠化学性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:采用 Alize自动生化仪测定四氯化碳 ( CCl4 )所致小鼠化学性肝损伤动物模型的血清谷丙转氨酶 ( GPT)、谷草转氨酶 ( GOT)含量及白 /球蛋白比例 ( A/ G) ;镜检观察肝脏病理组织学变化。 结果:葡萄胶囊能明显降低四氯化碳 ( CCl4 )所致肝损伤动物模型的血清 GPT和 GOT含量 ,并缓解肝损伤病理症状 ,对动物体重变化无影响。结论 :葡萄胶囊对 CCl4
Objective: To study the protective action of grape capsules on the chemical liver damage. Methods: The contents of GPT, GOT and albumin in mice's blood were determined by auto biochemistry. The pathological changes of liver were observed by microscope. Results: The GPT and GOT in blood of mice were significantly decreased in experimental group treated with grape capsules, when compared to the control group of liver damage model by CCl\-4. Moreover, the pathologic changes of liver damage were alleviated distinctly. Conclusion: The grape capsules have clear protective action to the mice's chemical liver damage by CCl\-4.
