摘要
目的:探讨葡萄软胶囊的护肝降脂作用。方法:雄性昆明种小白鼠60只随机分为正常溶剂对照组、高脂模型组以及葡萄软胶囊低、中、高剂量组(剂量分别为133、267、800mg/kg)和绞股蓝苷阳性对照组(293mg/kg),测定并比较各组小鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)及血清高密度脂蛋白(HDL)水平;雄性昆明种小白鼠60只,随机分为正常溶剂对照组、四氯化碳(CCl4)急性肝损伤模型组以及葡萄软胶囊低、中、高剂量组(剂量分别为133、267、800mg/kg)和联苯双酯阳性对照组(225mg/kg),测定并比较各组小鼠血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)水平,并观察各组小白鼠肝脏病理组织学变化。结果:(1)葡萄软胶囊中、高剂量组及绞股蓝苷阳性对照组血清TG水平较高脂模型组明显下降(P<0.05),葡萄软胶囊高剂量组血清HDL水平明显高于高脂模型组(P<0.05);(2)葡萄软胶囊中、高剂量组与联苯双酯阳性对照组血清ALT、AST水平明显低于急性肝损伤模型组(P<0.05),但对肝脏病理损伤的改善作用不显著。结论:葡萄软胶囊对高血脂小鼠具有一定的降血脂作用,并对CCl所致小鼠急性化学性肝损伤具有一定保护作用。
Objective： To research protective effects of grape soft capsule on hyperlipidemia and chemical liv- er injury in mice. Methods： （1） Randomly distribute 60 male Kunming mice to control group, hyperlipi-demia model group, gypenosides group （293 mg/kg） and low, middle, high dose groups of grape soft cap- sule （133, 267, 800 mg/kg）. Determination and comparing of levels of serum total cholesterol （TC）, tri- glyceride （TG）, and high-density lipeprotein-cholesterol （HDL-C）. （2） Randomly distribute 60 male Kun- ming mice to control group, CC14-induced acute liver injury model group; DDB group （225 mg/kg） and low, middle, high dose groups of grape soft capsule （133, 267,800 mg/kg）. Determination and comparing of levels of serum ALT and AST, and histopathological change of liver also obseved. Results： （1） Both middle and high dose groups of grape soft capsule and gypenosides could lower the levels of TG vs hyper- lipidemia model group （P 〈0.05）. Compared to hyperlipemia mice, high dose group could distinctly en- hance serum HDL levels （P〈0.05）. （2） In the middle and high dose groups of grape soft capsule and DDB group, levels of serum ALT and AST were evidently lower than CC14-induced acute liver injury model group （P〈0.05）, but histopathological changes did not meliorate obviously. Conclusion： Results demon- strated that grape soft capsule could lower blood lipid level of hyperlipemia mice and had significantly pro- tective effect against chemical liver damage induced by CC14 in mice.
