摘要
目的 探讨四肢周围神经鞘瘤的超声诊断及其临床价值。方法 对21例四肢周围神经鞘瘤进行超声诊断并与手术、病理对照。结果 超声病变检出率100％,超声病理对照符合率为76.2％。结论 超声对周围神经鞘瘤的诊断具有简便、迅速、价廉、准确的优点,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the value of ultrasound diagnosis for neurilemmoma of the extremities. Methods 21 cases of neurilemmoma in extremities diagnosed by ultrasound were proved by operation and biopsy pathology. Results Diagnostic sensitivity of ultrasound in neurilemmoma was 100% ,and the accuracy was 76.2% compared with biopsy pathology. Conclusion Ultrasound diagnosis is simple, quick、cheap and rather accurate, worthy to recommend its clinical use.
